VM Carpet Hattara Rug is a short-pile Rug with a very Soft feel underfoot. The pile has a slight sheen, which gives the rug a beautiful, lively surface. Hattara Rug is ideal for bedrooms and living rooms. The base is made of non-slip EVA, which makes the rug flexible and sturdy. The backing material is suitable for all floor surfaces, including rooms with underfloor heating. VM Carpet Hattara Custom Size leaves no marks on the floor, is odorless, and is recyclable. How to order VM Carpet Hattara Rug with your own dimensions:

1. Select color
2. Select shape, rectangle or round
3. Enter the desired width in cm. For example, if you want a 145 cm wide Rug, enter 145 in the width field. If you chose a round shape, enter the diameter of Rug in the calculator. For example, if you want a diameter of 145 cm, enter 145 in the field.
4. Enter the desired length in cm. For example, if you want a 225 cm long Rug, enter 225 in the length field.
5. Once you have entered the desired width and length, the calculator will automatically calculate the final price.
6. Add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
7. We will deliver your custom-made Rugs to your door in approximately 2-3 weeks.
8. Roll out the unique High-quality VM Carpet Rug on your floor and enjoy the new look of your home.

P.S. If you are unsure about the color, you can order a free sample by contacting our customer service or info@mattokeidas.fi. Tell us the Rug name and color, and we will send you a sample.

• Delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
• Material: 100% polyamide. Polyamide is used as a material for carpets, especially in areas that require high wear resistance. Polyamide is Durable, a lightweight and flexible material that is easy to dye.
• Backing: EVAPOLYTEX®
• Care instructions: Vacuum and air out if necessary. Remove stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth, do not rub.
• Washing instructions: Dry clean with foam or gentle professional flat washing at max. +30°C with a mild detergent solution. Do not soak or rub. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Remove excess water, e.g. with a wringer. Rug Shape while damp and dry flat in the air. Do not fold.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
