We deliver products from our warehouse in Finland. If you live and order from a country outside the EU, you may be asked to complete customs clearance and pay customs duties. Please contact our customer service first. info@mattokeidas.en
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The return fee is €7.90.

If you have not picked up your order by the deadline, it will be returned to us. Please note that failure to pick up your order does not constitute a return.
We charge a handling fee of €7.90 per shipment for unclaimed items, which covers postage and handling costs.

The delivery time for stock items is 2–5 business daysMost orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
For custom-made products and other special orders, delivery times may be longer, approximately 1–4 weeks.
Please note that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order. Delivery times also depend on product availability and the destination of the shipment.

Delivery times for sample orders vary depending on the availability of ready-made samples and the workload at the cutting facility. We constantly strive to produce ready-made samples from our custom-made carpets in order to speed up delivery.
If the delivery time of a product differs significantly from what we stated when you placed your order, our customer service will contact you. Delivery delays may occur, for example, if the product is not in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse.
