We deliver products from our warehouse in Finland. If you live and order from a country outside the EU, you may be asked to complete customs clearance and pay customs duties. Please contact us first info@mattokeidas.fi

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

The return shipping cost elsewhere in the EU is €19.90.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.

Of course you can! Choosing the right rug, color, and pattern can sometimes be tricky, so we want to make your decision easier.

• You can order a rug sample from our selection and have it delivered directly to your home. Samples are available for rugs and colors that are sold by the meter.
• Please note that we’re unable to provide samples for ready-made sizes or traditional hand-woven cotton or wool rugs.
• VM Carpet You can also order samples of these rugs.
• You can also order samples of selected Narma rugs - For example Credo, Limo, Bono and Bello.
• You may choose 1–4 different samples, each measuring at least 10×15 cm, so you can clearly see the rug’s color and pattern.
