We ship all orders from our warehouse in Finland. For orders outside the EU, customs clearance and import duties may apply. Please contact us before ordering for more information.

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in saleable condition and in their original packaging. You are welcome to try the rug at home to see how it fits your space.

Return costs

• Finland: €7.90 (deducted from the refund)
• Other EU countries: €19.90
• In-store returns (Tampere & Turku): Free

For large rugs (shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies. Please contact customer service in advance to arrange pickup.

Damaged or faulty products

If your product is faulty or damaged during transport, we will cover all return costs.

Yes – samples are available for selected rugs.

You can order samples for rugs that are sold by the meter, allowing you to see the color and texture at home before making a decision.

Available samples

• Selected VM Carpet rugs
• Selected Narma rugs (e.g. Credo, Limo, Bono and Bello)

You can choose 1–4 samples, each approximately 10 × 15 cm.

Please note

Samples are not available for:

• Ready-made rug sizes
• Hand-woven cotton or wool rugs
