The short-pile Rug has a dense surface and feels comfortable underfoot. Pile rug is the perfect choice for your living room sofa set. Soft brings a hotel-like atmosphere to your bedroom. Rug suits both modern and traditional interiors. The rug is available in three beautiful and soft shades. White melange refreshes the light gray and beige shades. White rug is a classic single-color rug for the living room and is easy to combine with other shades in your home. The light gray shade is available in Timeless and Elegant. The modern beige shade brings warmth and softness to the interior.
Louna Pile rug is available in three medium sizes. The large Rug brings the living room furniture together into a beautiful whole. The small medium size is suitable for a study or children's room, for example. Give your home a finished look by combining different sizes and shades. If Rug does not stay in place, you can place a separate anti-slip mat underneath it.
Vacuum and air the rug regularly. Due to its weight, we recommend having the rug professionally cleaned. Stains can be wiped with a damp, lint-free cloth. Turn the rug regularly so that it wears more evenly.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
