Louna Pile rug is available in three medium sizes. The large Rug brings the living room furniture together into a beautiful whole. The small medium size is suitable for a study or children's room, for example. Give your home a finished look by combining different sizes and shades. If Rug does not stay in place, you can place a separate anti-slip mat underneath it.

Vacuum and air the rug regularly. Due to its weight, we recommend having the rug professionally cleaned. Stains can be wiped with a damp, lint-free cloth. Turn the rug regularly so that it wears more evenly.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
