VM Carpet Satine Custom Size Rug is a low pile carpet made of extremely soft polyamide pile. Rug is highly durable, making it suitable for both home and public use. Satine rugs can also be used on covered terraces and balconies. The neat, narrow edging Rug on the edge completes the look. The bottom is made of non-slip EVA, which makes the rug flexible and sturdy. The backing material is suitable for all floor surfaces, including rooms with underfloor heating. It leaves no marks on the floor, is odorless, and is recyclable. Satine is also suitable for use as a wall-to-wall carpet. Custom sizes are available up to a width of four meters. 100% polyamide EVAPOLYTEX® backing

How to order Rug with your own dimensions:

1. Select color
2. Select shape, rectangle or circle
3. Enter the desired width in cm. For example, if you want a 145 cm wide Rug, enter 145 in the width field. If you chose a round shape, enter the diameter of Rug in the calculator, for example, if you want a diameter of 145 cm, enter 145 in the field.
4. Enter the desired length in cm. For example, if you want a 225 cm long Rug, enter 225 in the length field.
5. Once you have entered the desired width and length, the calculator will automatically calculate the final price.
6. Add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
7. We will deliver your custom-made Rugs to your door in approximately 2-3 weeks.

• Delivery time: 2-3 weeks
• Backing: EVAPOLYTEX®, Non-slip backing
• Care instructions: Regular vacuuming. Remove stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Do not rub.
• Washing instructions: Dry clean with foam or gentle flat wash at max. +30ºC with a mild detergent and Soft brush. Do not soak or rub. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Remove excess water, e.g. with a wringer. Shape Rug while damp and dry flat in the air. Do not fold. Professional flat washing is recommended. Protective treatment can be renewed after washing.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
