VM Carpet Duo Rae Rug is part of VM Carpet's DUO collection, designed by Elina Helenius. Light and lively, RAE draws its inspiration from spring weather phenomena: water droplets running down windows, hailstones rattling on the roof, and the gentle hum of the wind.
Rug is pleasantly soft underfoot and genuinely Easy to care for. The woven tweed surface is forgiving of life's little accidents, with small bits of debris and splashes blending effortlessly into the pattern. RAE-Rug comes in five attractive color options and features finished edges and small, hand-knotted tassels as a detail.

Designed by Elina Helenius, the VM Carpet Duo collection combines eco-friendliness, timelessness, and versatility. The Rugs rugs in the Duo collection are also reversible, so Rug lasts longer and can be washed less frequently.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
