Anti-slip mat

Anti-slip fabric keeps your rug in place. Place a suitably sized anti-slip fabric Rug underneath to make your everyday life much easier. Anti-slip fabric is a slip-resistant material suitable for all floor surfaces. The lightweight polyester fabric is coated with a thin, highly heat-permeable acrylic coating that leaves no marks on the floor. The fabric can also be used with underfloor heating. The anti-slip fabric is available in three different sizes, but you can also cut it to size yourself with scissors. How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
