Nolan entrance rug is washable. The mat is available in three practical sizes. The small entrance rug measuring 40×60 cm is suitable, for example, as a doormat for a small hallway. The largest size, 90×150 cm, is suitable as a mud mat for a large hallway. You can also combine different sizes to create a uniform look in your hallway.

Vacuum and air the mat regularly. If necessary, wash with water at 30 degrees Celsius. Dry flat.

Please note that the dense entrance rug is not the best choice for wood and parquet floors.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
