Narma Livos Sisal Rug | Custom Size Rug

Narma Livos Sisal Rug is made from 100% natural fiber Rug. This practical and stylish sisal mat is suitable for both home and office use. Sisal rugs are ideal for spaces that require good wear resistance. Sisal rugs can also be used on terraces. Rug is hand-woven, so the weave is not as tight as machine-woven Rug. The hand-woven Rug is more vibrant, which is slightly more noticeable in long and narrow rugs. The backing of the sisal rug is non-slip and has a latex coating. The latex backing helps the rug stay firmly in place and also improves the Rug's ability to retain its shape. The non-slip latex backing is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The edges of the sisal rug are carefully finished with a strong and attractive 70 mm wide cotton border, 30 mm of which is visible. The sisal rug is also anti-static, so Rug does not become electrically charged and debris such as sand can be easily vacuumed up. Due to its low pile and high-quality cotton edging, the sisal rug is also suitable for homes or offices where a robot vacuum cleaner is used.

• Avoid using sisal mats in damp areas or places where they may get wet regularly, such as hallways.
• After washing the floor, Rug can be put back on the floor once it is completely dry. The base may crumble to some extent during use.

How to order Rug with your own dimensions: NOTE! The minimum order quantity is 1 m², for example. I would like to order Rug measuring 80cm x 125cm. Check the square footage of Rug using the calculation formula 0.8 x 1.25 = 1 m².

4. Enter the desired length in cm. For example, if you want a 225 cm long Rug, enter 225 in the length field.
5. Once you have entered the desired width and length, the calculator will automatically calculate the final price.
6. Add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
7. We will deliver Custom Size Rugs to your door in approximately 2-3 weeks.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
