Narma Livos Sisal rug is made from 100% natural fiber Rug. This practical and stylish sisal mat is suitable for both home and office use. The sisal rug is ideal for spaces that require good wear resistance. You can also use the sisal rug on your patio. Rug is hand-woven, so the weave is not as tight as in machine-woven Rug. The hand-woven Rug is more vibrant, which is slightly more noticeable in long and narrow rugs. The backing of the sisal rug is non-slip and has a latex coating. The latex backing helps the rug stay firmly in place and also improves the Rug's ability to retain its shape. The non-slip latex backing is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The edges of the sisal rug are carefully finished with a strong and attractive 70 mm wide cotton binding, 30 mm of which is visible. The sisal rug is also antistatic, so it does not become electrically charged and debris such as sand can be easily vacuumed up. Thanks to its low pile and high-quality cotton edging, the sisal rug is also suitable for homes or offices where a robot vacuum cleaner is used. The rug is available in four different colors and several different sizes. There is also a round size with a diameter of 160 cm and a giant size of 300x400 cm.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which is deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost is also deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
