EriStep Thermo rug is a heat-insulating terrace and balcony mat designed for Scandinavian weather conditions. EriStep Thermo rug is an excellent choice for balconies, terraces, hallways, or basements. Termomat can also be used to cover the floor of a motorhome or boat. There are many uses for this product, and Rug is the superior choice when you value softness and warmth underfoot.

Easy to clean! EriStep Thermo rug can be vacuumed, brushed, or cleaned with a low-pressure water jet.

Insulates heat! Rug's flexible base material lifts Rug's soft pile surface off the floor and acts as insulation.

Can be cut to shape! You can shape EriStep Termomato to fit your space perfectly. The mat can be easily shaped with sharp scissors, for example, or you can use a carpet knife to cut it.

Ordering instructions for EriStep Termomatto mats made to your own measurements:

1. Select the Rug color that best suits your interior from the available options.
2. Select the Rug roll width that best suits your needs from the available mat rolls.
3. Enter the desired Rug length in centimeters in the (length cm) field. Please note that the Rug length is entered with an accuracy of 1 cm, i.e. when you enter (115 cm), the Rug length will be 1.15 meters (115 cm).
4. Example: You want a 95 cm wide Rug with a length of 2.56 meters. First, select >> "Select size": 100 cm Roll - then enter the desired Rug length in >> "Length cm": 256 cm.

Hallways are the most challenging areas in the home, as a lot of mud, dirt, sand, and other messes are brought in from outside on shoes and clothing throughout the year. The choice of a doormat is particularly important in households with children and pets. A well-chosen doormat stops dirt and mud in the vestibule or hallway. Dirt-trapping mats often have a strong surface pattern that effectively collects dirt, sand, and other debris, preventing it from spreading around the home. Dirt and debris can then be easily vacuumed off the mat.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
