Ebba Wool rug is available in several sizes, including a large size of approximately 200×300 cm. By combining different sizes, you can create a unified look in your home.

The shade of the rugs may vary between production batches. Manufactured in a certified factory.

Wool rug naturally repels dirt and is Easy to care for. Take good care of your wool rug to make it last longer. Regular vacuuming and airing is recommended. Do not shake Rug by the ends. If necessary, wash flat with water at 30 degrees. Use a detergent suitable for wool. Small stains can be cleaned with Marseille or gall soap. Dry Ebba Wool rug flat.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
