Sinulla on oikeus palauttaa tilauksesi kokonaan tai osittain 14 päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksessa olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita.
Voit toki sovittaa mattoa kotisi eri tiloihin, jotta näet kuinka matto käy sisustukseesi.
Palautuskulu on Suomessa 7,90 €, joka vähennetään palautettavien tuotteiden kokonaishinnasta. Myös kuljetusyhtiöltä noutamattomana palautuvista lähetyksistä vähennetään palautuskulu. Palautus on veloitukseton kun tuote palautetaan suoraan Mattokeidas myymälään Tampereelle tai Turkuun.
Palautuskulu muualla EU-alueella on 19,90€.
Mikäli tuotteessa on virhe tai kuljetusvaurio, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) maksaa palautuskulut.
