Arne Cotton rug is washable. If necessary, you can place a separate anti-slip mat under Rug.

Avoid unnecessary washing of cotton rugs. Double-sided cotton rugs can be turned over if Rug is not very dirty. Care instructions: vacuum and air regularly, wash with lukewarm 30°C water if necessary. Always wash and dry Arne Cotton rug flat. Remember to rinse the cotton rug thoroughly when washing. Do not shake the rug Rug by the ends.

You can extend the washing interval for Rug by protecting it with, for example, Rug or a textile protection agent. Small stains are easy to clean from the rug locally when Rug has a dirt-repellent treatment on the surface.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
