Zigzag is a hand-tufted wool rug featuring a playful pattern that combines zigzag lines, straight lines, and circular shapes. Designer Stina Hagström’s pattern adds personality to your interior and makes the rug a striking focal point in the room.
The thick, dense wool pile makes the surface soft. Wool’s natural dirt-repellent properties make it easy to keep clean, and the cotton backing supports the structure. Zigzag is available in three colors: red, green, and blue.
The zigzag pattern provides a great starting point for an interior design where colors and shapes take center stage. Place the rug in front of a solid color sofa or in the bedroom to add a touch of style alongside calming textiles.
You can pick one shade from the pattern for pillows, curtains, or artwork. Keep other large patterned surfaces to a minimum if you want to highlight the rug’s design. A round coffee table echoes the pattern’s curved shapes, while straight-lined furniture adds structure to the overall look.
The Zigzag is hand-tufted in India. Slight variations in the pile are a natural part of a handmade rug.
The rug should not be flipped over. Rotate it regularly to ensure even wear.
Color options include red, green, and blue. The model is available in sizes 160 × 230 and 200 × 290 cm. Check the product catalog for your chosen color to see all available sizes.
Choose a rug for your living room that’s large enough to fit the front legs of your sofa. Also consider how much of the pattern will be visible around the table and other furniture. You can outline the rug’s size on the floor with painter’s tape before placing your order.
Vacuum regularly without using a rotating brush. Avoid robot vacuums and turbo brushes.
Remove small stains immediately with a damp sponge and a small amount of dish soap. Do not scrub; instead, blot dry with a clean cotton cloth. Professional flat-bed washing is recommended for cleaning the entire rug.
