Havu-Rug is an environmentally friendly choice that combines classic beauty, durability, and ecology. Havu is woven entirely from paper yarn. The carbon footprint of paper yarn is only a fraction of that of many other materials. The paper yarn used in Havu-Rug is FSC-certified, which guarantees that the raw material comes from responsibly managed forests. Rug stays in place thanks to the EVAPOLYTEX® backing developed in Finland. It is treated to be dirt-repellent and is completely washable. Custom sizes are available up to a width of four meters.

How to order Rug with your own measurements:

1. Select color
2. Select shape, rectangle or round
3. Enter the desired width in cm. For example, if you want a 145 cm wide Rug, enter 145 in the width field. If you chose a round shape, enter the diameter of Rug in the calculator. For example, if you want a diameter of 145 cm, enter 145 in the field.
4. Enter the desired length in cm. For example, if you want a 225 cm long Rug, enter 225 in the length field.
5. Once you have entered the desired width and length, the calculator will automatically calculate the final price.
6. Add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
7. We will deliver your custom-made Rugs to your door in approximately 2-3 weeks.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
