VM Carpet Barrakuda sisal rug features a traditional herringbone pattern. The pattern gives the rug a lively touch. Sisal Rug is ideal for hallways or entrance areas. Sisal is a natural fiber that can withstand heavy wear, making the rug suitable for use in public spaces such as offices and meeting rooms. However, it is important to remember that sisal rugs are not recommended for use in vestibules or damp areas due to shrinkage. The finished Rug is edged with a 70 mm cotton border. The EVA backing makes the rug sturdy and non-slip. Custom sizes are available up to a width of four meters.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
