Easy to care for Valencia-Rug is suitable for all rooms in the home, but is particularly advantageous in hallways, kitchens, and bedrooms. A large rug will bring your living room furniture together into a harmonious whole. You can also order Rug in your own size from the hallway rug roll. When ordering from the roll, Rug will have a yarn-bound edge; select the finish.
Valencia-Rug is smoothly woven, but the Soft lattice pattern on the surface gives the rug a three-dimensional look. Timeless pattern is easy to combine with both traditional and modern interiors. The neutral shades of white and gray create a calm and spacious feel in your home.
Care instructions: regular vacuuming, airing and, if necessary, washing with water. Rug is permeable, making it suitable for use with underfloor heating. If necessary, use a non-slip underlay under Rug to keep Rug in place, especially in homes with children and pets.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
