Softcare Stain Remover 300ml

Softcare stain remover effectively removes various stains, both old and new. Suitable for all textile materials. Removes oil, grease, blood, coffee, wine, grass, chocolate, and ink stains, among others. Does not contain bleach or other harmful substances.

Instructions

Spray on the stain and leave for a few minutes. Wipe off with a damp terry cloth or other Soft fabric. Repeat if necessary. You can also spray on stains a few minutes before putting them in the washing machine. If you are unsure about the washability or color fastness of the fabric, test it first on an inconspicuous area. You can test the rub resistance by rubbing the moistened area with a piece of terry cloth. If the surface pills, do not rub vigorously. You can test the color fastness by rubbing the moistened area with a white cloth. If the fabric bleeds, wash it with extra care or leave it to a professional. If you are washing a fabric with a pile, wipe the pile in the same direction while it is damp to ensure an even result.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
