The Sanda wool rug’s distinctive look comes from its vibrant woven surface and thoughtful details. The slightly rough, irregular weave adds a natural feel to your interior, and the woven edges on the short sides complete the look.
IH Collection’s Sanda is handwoven from wool and polyester on a linen warp. This soft and flexible rug is perfect for Scandinavian interiors where materials and textural variation are allowed to shine. It comes in five color options: taupe, off-white, nature, gray, and anthracite.
Sanda lets furniture and other textiles stand out. In the living room, it ties the sofa and armchairs together; in the bedroom, it adds softness to the floor. Its narrow size works well next to a bed or in a hallway, for example.
Pair the rug with a smooth sofa fabric, wood, and linen curtains to let the weave’s texture shine. If the room already has a lot of patterns, Sanda’s understated look helps balance the overall design.
Sanda is handmade in India. The rug is approximately 10 mm thick, with a backing of wool and polyester. Thanks to its reversible design, you can use either side of the rug.
Because it is handmade, there may be slight variations in the weave and shades. These contribute to the Rug’s unique character.
Color options include taupe, off-white, natural, gray, and anthracite.
The size options include:
Check the product selection for all sizes available in your chosen color. Sanda is also available as a Custom Size rug up to 400 cm wide. Dimensions of handmade rugs may vary by approximately ±5%.
Vacuum regularly without using a rotating brush, and avoid robot vacuums. Rotate the Rug periodically to promote even wear.
Remove small stains immediately with a damp sponge and a small amount of dish soap. Do not scrub. Blot dry with a clean cotton cloth. Professional flat washing is recommended for washing the entire rug.
