How do I return a product, and is there a charge?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right to return applies only to unused, resalable products in their original packaging.
Of course, you can try the rug out in different rooms in your home to see how Rug fits into your decor.
The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return fee will also be deducted from shipments returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to the Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.
The return fee elsewhere in the EU is €19.90.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a €39.00 return fee, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned items. In these cases, please first contact info@mattokeidas.fi so we can arrange for the product to be picked up.
