Saima Cotton rug

Saima is a Finnish Cotton rug for all living areas in the home. The rug is available in many sizes and colors, which can be combined to create a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere in your home. With its minimalist design, Timeless Cotton rug also looks fresh in modern interiors. Rug is double-sided. One side of the linen, gray, and black Rug is a lighter mottled shade, while White rug is the same on both sides. Rug has cotton edging in the same shade as Rug.
Care: regular vacuuming and airing, wash with water if necessary. Made in Finland.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
