Polaris Wool rug is available in three medium sizes. The rug is also available in a giant size of 240×330 cm. The giant-sized Rug is ideal for use with a large sofa group or in a bedroom, partially under the bed. The large Rug beautifully brings the room's furnishings together.

Made from natural materials, Rug is washable. Vacuum and air the rug regularly, and if necessary, wash it gently with water at 30 degrees Celsius. Small stains can be cleaned from the rug with Marseille or gall soap and a small amount of water. The wool rug may shed lint at first.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
