Narma SPICE Pile rug

Narma Spice Pile rug is suitable for use in many different rooms in the home. Spice Pile rug has a dirt-repellent surface treatment, making Rug extremely Easy to care for. The rug has a practical Non-slip backing that keeps Rug firmly in place, even in families with children or pets. The non-slip backing is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The ends of the Spice rug do not need to be hemmed, so you can even cut the rug yourself from standard-sized rugs to the desired size. The Spice rug is available in an impressive 12 different colors and several different sizes. The rug can also be custom-made to your exact measurements.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
