Narma SPICE Pile rug

Narma Spice Pile rug is suitable for use in many different rooms in the home. Spice Pile rug has a dirt-repellent surface treatment, making Rug extremely Easy to care for. The rug has a practical Non-slip backing that keeps Rug firmly in place, even in families with children or pets. The non-slip backing is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The ends of the Spice rug do not need to be hemmed, so you can even cut the rug yourself from standard-sized rugs to the desired size. The Spice rug is available in an impressive 12 different colors and several different sizes. The rug can also be custom-made to your own measurements.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
