Narma Livos Sisal Mat is made from 100% natural fiber Rug. Practical and Elegant, this sisal mat is suitable for both home and office use. Sisal rugs are ideal for spaces that require good wear resistance. Sisal rugs can also be used on terraces. Rug is hand-woven, so the weave is not as tight as machine-woven Rug. The hand-woven Rug is more vibrant, which is slightly more noticeable in long and narrow rugs. The backing of the sisal rug is non-slip and has a latex coating. The latex backing helps the rug stay firmly in place and also improves the Rug's ability to retain its shape. The non-slip latex backing is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The edges of the sisal rug are carefully finished with a strong and attractive 70 mm wide cotton border, 30 mm of which is visible. The sisal rug is also anti-static, so it does not become electrically charged and debris such as sand can be easily vacuumed up. Due to its low pile and high-quality cotton edging, the sisal rug is also suitable for homes or offices where a robot vacuum cleaner is used.

How to order Rug with your own dimensions: NOTE! The minimum order quantity is 1 m², example. I would like to order Rug measuring 80cm x 125cm. Check the square footage of Rug using the calculation formula 0.8 x 1.25 = 1 m².

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which is deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost is also deducted from shipments that are returned uncollected by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
