Lucia Oriental Rug is available in several sizes. The 200×290 cm size is suitable for a living room sofa set, for example. Try the 80×200 cm hallway rug for your entrance hall. The small Rug measuring 60×90 cm is suitable for use as a doormat or in dry toilet areas. You can also combine different sizes.

Rug has small PVC anti-slip studs on the bottom.

Care: regular vacuuming and airing. If necessary, wash with water at max. 30 degrees. Dry flat. Stains can be wiped with a damp, lint-free cloth. Turn the mat regularly so that it wears more evenly.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?

You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.

The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.

If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.

For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
