The Kotikatu traffic mat transforms the floor of a child’s room into a miniature city. The streets running between the houses invite children to plan routes and race their toy cars. Shades of green, red, and yellow add color to the pattern.
Made of polyamide, the rug’s fairly smooth surface is also ideal for building with blocks. The latex backing helps keep the rug in place, and its water-resistant properties make it easy to clean.
Home Street provides a starting point for all kinds of play. Build a garage out of blocks, name the streets, or plan a daily route for your toy car.
Leave some space around the rug for storage baskets so that cars and building blocks are always close at hand. The smaller size is perfect for a compact room, while the larger size offers more space for group play.
The edges are neatly finished with yarn binding. The manufacturer does not recommend this rug for use on wood, hardwood, or vinyl floors, nor in rooms with underfloor heating.
The rug features a patterned design.
Vacuum and air out regularly. Avoid using rotating vacuum brushes and airing out in freezing temperatures.
Wash flat at 30 °C with a mild detergent, without scrubbing. Dry flat. Roll the rug with the pattern side facing out.
