Havana is dust-free and Easy to care for Flatweave rug for different areas of the home, such as the hallway, living room, or kitchen. You can order a hallway rug roll in your own size, down to the centimeter. You can also choose the finish for your rug on the product page. Please note that the pattern on rugs cut from a roll is not symmetrical, and the stripes are denser at the ends.
The Havana's muted tones and non-shaggy pattern create a cozy atmosphere, and the non-slip backing keeps it firmly in place, especially in homes with children and pets. Stains can be easily wiped off the smooth surface with a damp cloth, making Rug a practical choice for under the kitchen table.
Care: regular vacuuming, airing and, if necessary, washing with water. We do not recommend rubber-backed Rugs for underfloor heating. Use thick-backed mats with caution on wooden and parquet floors.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
