Roihu Pile rug is pleasantly Soft and short-pile. Roihu-Rug is suitable for all living areas in the home, from the living room to the children's room. Rug is easy to handle and has a Soft felt backing. The felt-backed Rug is suitable for all floor surfaces and also works with underfloor heating.

Regular vacuuming and airing are recommended for maintenance. Rug is washable and dust-free. If the Rug felt backing is slippery, you can add extra grip to the mat with a separate anti-slip pad.

How do I return a product, and is there a charge for this?
You have the right to return your order in full or in part within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
You can, of course, try out the rug in different rooms in your home to see how it looks. Rug goes with your interior design.
The return fee is €7.90., which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from shipments that are returned without being picked up by the shipping company. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to Mattokeidas to a store in Tampere or Turku.
If the product is defective or has been damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.(fi) pay the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return. Products that require assembly are also not eligible for return.
For large rugs with a shortest side longer than 240 cm, we charge a return fee of €39.00, which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. In these cases, please contact us first. info@mattokeidas.en we will order a pickup for the product.
