Narma URBAN Runner rug

Narma Urban Runner rug is a beautiful and Timeless low-maintenance Runner rug. Urban Runner rug is ideal for families with children and pets, for example, because Rug is easy to keep clean and Rug is wear-resistant Durable. Rug is also Non-slip backing, so Rug is sure to stay firmly in place. This Rug is also suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The mat is available in two different colors and seven different sizes. Please note that the hallway mat can also be ordered to your own specifications from a 67 cm wide roll.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
