Business Customer Terms – Mattokeidas

These terms apply until further notice.

Returns, cancellations, and other conditions are agreed separately or determined in accordance with the current delivery terms of Mattokeidas Oy.

Mattokeidas business customer accounts provide companies with ongoing benefits, smoother ordering, and a flexible way to purchase rugs and interior products for projects and other needs.

These terms apply to the business customer account offered by Mattokeidas Oy and supplement the online store’s general delivery terms and privacy policy.

1. Business Customer Account

The business customer account is intended for companies, organizations, and self-employed individuals.

By registering as a business customer, you confirm that:

you are acting on behalf of a company or business
the information you provide is accurate and up to date

Mattokeidas Oy reserves the right to verify business customer details and confirm the existence of the company.

2. Business Customer Benefits

Business customers may receive benefits such as:

product discounts
campaigns and special offers
other services designed for business customers

Mattokeidas Oy reserves the right to:

modify the content or level of benefits
restrict the use of benefits
remove benefits at any time without prior notice

3. Orders and Agreement

Orders placed by a business customer are binding at the time of purchase.

Mattokeidas Oy reserves the right to:

review orders before acceptance
decline an order for justified reasons

Mattokeidas Oy also reserves the right to cancel an order after it has been placed in case of clear pricing or system errors.

4. Misuse and Right to Review

Mattokeidas Oy reserves the right to verify the validity of the business customer account and its use in accordance with these terms.

If misuse or suspected misuse occurs, Mattokeidas Oy may:

terminate the business customer account
remove business customer benefits
cancel or suspend an order before delivery
correct incorrectly granted discounts
invoice improperly used discounts retrospectively

Mattokeidas Oy reserves the right to assess misuse on a case-by-case basis.

5. Accuracy of Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in the termination of the business customer account.

6. Termination of Business Customer Account

Mattokeidas Oy reserves the right to terminate the business customer account at any time.

The customer may request deletion of their business account by contacting customer service.

7. Consumer Protection

Transactions under a business customer account are generally considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions, meaning consumer protection laws may not fully apply.
