VM Carpet Lyyra | Custom Size

Lyyra Rug is a traditionally crafted Cotton rug with a subtle, lively touch provided by paper cord. Lyyra-Rug colored cotton and natural-colored paper cord combine to create a beautiful surface. The cotton used is made from recycled materials. The base is made from non-slip EVAPOLYEX®, which makes the rug sturdy and keeps it firmly in place underfoot. Rug has been treated to repel dirt.

How to order Lyyra Rug in your own dimensions:

1. Select color
2. Choose the shape, rectangle or round
3. Enter the desired width in meters. For example, if you want a 145 cm wide Rug, enter 1.45 in the width field. If you chose a round shape, enter the diameter of Rug in the calculator. For example, if you want a diameter of 145 cm, enter 1.45 in the field.
4. Enter the desired length in meters. For example, if you want a 225 cm long Rug, enter 2.25 in the length field.
5. Once you have entered the desired width and length, the calculator will automatically calculate the final price.
6. Add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
7. We will deliver Custom Size Rugs to your door in approximately 2-3 weeks.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
