Aari-Rug Soft The pile feels pleasant underfoot. Rug The modern check pattern reflects the Finnish field landscape. The edge has a neat, narrow polyester binding. • Care instructions: Vacuum and air if necessary. Remove stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth, do not rub.
• Washing instructions: Dry clean with foam or gentle professional flat wash at max. +30°C with a mild detergent solution. Do not soak or rub. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Remove excess water with a wringer, for example. Rug Shape while damp and dry flat in the air. Do not fold.

How do I return a product, and is there a cost?

You have the right to return your order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving it. The right of return applies only to unused, saleable products in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the rug in different rooms of your home to see how it fits your interior.

The return fee in Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee also applies to shipments returned automatically due to non-collection. Returns are free of charge when brought directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

For other EU countries, the return fee is €19.90.

If the product is faulty or damaged during transport, Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) will cover all return costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable. Products that require assembly are also excluded from returns.

For large rugs (with a shortest side over 240 cm), a €39.00 return fee applies, which will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, please contact info@mattokeidas.fi first so we can arrange the pickup for you.
